Focaccia & Friends Bread Art Workshop

- Tickets $100 per person (limit 10)
- Taught by Chef TJ Manna of Proof Bakery
In this workshop, participants will learn to fold focaccia dough, bake it, and design their own bread canvas using an assortment of pre-cut veggies.
Timing: The workshop involves two 15-minute intervals for folding, another 15 minutes to let the dough rise, and a final 15 minutes after baking. During breaks, participants will have the opportunity to gain expert insights into the baking process through a casual Q&A session.
At the end, the focaccia is all yours to take home!
Tickets are $100 per person, limited to 10 participants. Your ticket includes the lesson from TJ Manna, pre-made dough, and all the veggies you need to decorate your focaccia.Proceeds from this workshop will be split evenly between SAAC and Proof Bakery.
